Research

Hannes Guenter´s research interests include team effectiveness, team processes, and employee voice and silence. As organizational behavior unfolds over time and across levels, Hannes mainly relies on longitudinal and multi-level approaches in his research. He has studied team conflicts in healthcare teams and multi-team systems; authentic leadership in scientific research teams; and employee voice in work teams, among others. Currently, his main interest is in the temporal dynamics of employee voice and silence.
