Hannes Guenter is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organization and Strategy at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. He studied Psychology with focus on Work and Organizational Psychology at University of Freiburg, University of Melbourne, and Dresden University of Technology. In 2008, Hannes obtained his Ph.D. in Work Psychology from ETH Zurich. His research interests include team processes (e.g., team planning), team dynamics, and time in organizations. His research has appeared in Human Resource Management, Journal of Management and Organization, and Research Policy, among others. Hannes serves on the editorial board of Small Group Research.
